Cancelation Policy

Salon Prim has reserved your service time just for YOU! We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 48hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment. If when you arrive you decide you do not want one of the services you are scheduled for, you will still be charged the “Late Cancellation” fee because services were canceled with less than 48 hour notice.

Canceling And Rebooking

48 hrs notice is required for any cancelations or rebooking. If not, at the time of your next booking 50% of the appointment scheduled will have to be paid prior.

Confirmations

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation/reminder messages are sent when booked, 4 days prior and 48 hours in advance of your appointments by both text and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

No Shows

Will result in a full charge for the appointment and all services scheduled. The amount is due before booking future appointments.

Adjustments

If you feel there is something off with your hair or service, please reach out to us. We are happy to make adjustments! All service adjustment requests must be performed within one week of original appointment. Additional charges may apply.
